Shipping Policy and Costs

1. For shipping within Australia, Ridgeline estimates that Your order should arrive within five business days from the date at which payment is received.

2. Ridgeline ships to most countries overseas, however Ridgeline reserves the right to decline shipment for any reason at its discretion. Overseas shipping costs do not include taxes that may be imposed by any country outside of Australia.

3. For shipping to countries outside of Australia, Ridgeline estimates that Your order should arrive within ten business days. It is Your responsibility to pay any additional taxes, customs duties, VAT/GST or other fees whatsoever. Ridgeline is restricted from marking the goods as a "gift". For further information please contact Your local customs office or agency.
